The Site provides general information about live bee removal, relocation, related services, and how to request a free quote. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, price quote, guarantee, or professional advice until we agree otherwise in a direct conversation or written confirmation for your specific job.

Quotes and job terms are handled separately when you contact us. Submitting a form does not create a contract for removal work.

You use the Site entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for how you use the Site, any decisions you make based on Site content, and any information you submit.

You agree that you will not misuse the Site (including attempting to break security, overload the Site, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or submit false or harmful content).

By submitting a form or contacting us, you agree that Bee Healthy LLC may contact you by phone call, text message, and email about your request or service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

You confirm you have the right to send any photos or descriptions you submit, and that they do not illegally invade anyone’s privacy. By submitting photos, you grant Bee Healthy LLC permission to use them for marketing, including on our website and social media. We will not publish personal information such as names or exact addresses with those photos.

The Site’s content, text, logo, and photos (other than content you submit) belong to Bee Healthy LLC and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that content is complete, current, or accurate for your situation.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEE HEALTHY LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT, LINKS, FORMS, OR THIRD-PARTY TOOLS, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED THAT DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

You assume all risk for accessing and using the Site. We accept no responsibility for your use of the Site. If any liability cannot be fully disclaimed under applicable law, our total liability for Site-related claims is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law, and in no event more than one hundred dollars ($100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bee Healthy LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit.

The Site may link to or load third-party services (for example Google Analytics, Cloudflare, hosting analytics, translation, maps, or messaging apps). We use those analytics tools to measure Site traffic such as page views. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and may be subject to their terms. Quote and lead details you submit stay on our systems and are not sent to those analytics tools as personal contact fields.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you also acknowledge that policy.

Bee and wasp situations can be dangerous. Site content is general information only. Do not rely on the Site instead of professional help in an emergency. If someone is being stung or having a medical emergency, call emergency services. Keep people and pets away from nests, and do not spray or seal entrances before we advise you.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that exclusive venue for any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms is in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding Site use, and they supersede prior Site-use agreements on the same subject.
