How long it has been there
An older colony has more comb and more honey to remove.
Honeycomb removal
Removing all of the comb is part of the same job when the nest is inside a structure.
Honey bees or wasps
Honey bees are relocated alive. Wasp nests are removed humanely and are not relocated.
Home or business
A store, restaurant, or HOA may need the work scheduled around open hours.

Why Leftover Comb Costs More Later
Spraying the entrance leaves comb in the wall. Wax and honey melt and ferment in the heat, which causes odor, stains, and a second round of pests. The wall still has to be opened to remove that comb. Doing the removal completely the first time avoids a second visit for leftover comb.

Do you kill the bees?
No. Honey bees are removed alive and relocated to our farm. We also take out the honeycomb. Wasp nests are removed humanely — wasps are not relocated.
